Purchase Agreement
At Mahkesîs Creations, I work hard to create fair and transparent shop policies. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have that are not answered here. These terms and conditions create a contract between you and Mahkesîs Creations. Please read through the agreement carefully. By clicking "pay" at check out, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the agreement.
Products
Every item is hand made with love. There may be minor imperfections or minor variations on the item you receive that may not be obvious on the photos. I do my best to represent each item accurately and to the best of my ability.
The pricing of each item takes into account the materials used, any obvious imperfections, and the time dedicated to creating each item. The pricing for each item is firm and nonnegotiable.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs. The cost of shipping will be added to the cart at check out.
Please allow up to three (3) business days for premade items to be dispatched.
Shipping address must be correct when payment is made. I am not responsible for any lost shipping due to wrong address.
Both tracked and untracked shipping is available. Mahkesîs Creations recommends selecting the tracked shipping option at check out. Should the buyer choose untracked shipping, buyer assumes all responsibility for items lost in transit.
Photos are taken prior to each item being dispatched to represent their condition at the time of shipping. Once Item is shipped I am no longer responsible for any potential damages that occur during shipping process.
Exchanges and Refunds
